6. Service Availability and Support

6.1 Service Level

• We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance and upgrades may require temporary service interruption
• Support is provided on a best-effort basis through our ticket system

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Remain inactive for more than 30 days
• Abuse server resources
